I step in as your Fractional Marketing Director. I build the strategy, hire the team, and set the systems. I work 10-15 hours a week. When the engine is running, I hand you the keys and leave.

The Engagement Model:

• Duration: Minimum 4-6 month engagement. (Building a department from scratch requires time and consistency).
• Scope: Strategy, hiring, vendor management, and system setup.
• Format: 10-15 hours/week, conducted remotely.
• Investment: Packages start at $8,000/month.

What I Don’t Do:

• Sit in endless meetings.
• Implement every tactic myself.
• Stay longer than the engagement requires.
