How We Work

We work in a remote environment.

Clients provide us access to tools, teams, and documents.

30-45 minute interviews are conducted with:

  • The CEO
  • The Head of Marketing/Sales
  • Marketing Team Members
  • Sales Team Members

We review:

  • CRM data
  • Expenditures and budgets
  • Organization charts and hierarchies
  • Data (as relates to sales, social media, advertising, PR, vendor management, etc.)

We document, assess and provide a written report on our findings.

We do NOT:

  • Engage in office politics
  • Implement recommendations
  • Extend project scopes or times
